Trying the more common way as u suggested, Vega & Sirius are 2 AU apart, created barycenter, Proxima Centauri is 25 AU from them, seems to be working far easier so far. What we usually see in our universe is two massive, central stars orbiting each other and a much less massive outer star orbiting around the two inner stars' barycenter, such as Alpha Centauri. The reason why I don't think there is a workaround to overcome this "fast Vega" problem is that trinary star systems do not usually follow this kind of arrangement.
